Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting high-potential sellers to the Amazon platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Prospecting and recruiting new sellers to Amazon via phone or email.
  2. Effectively prioritizing and leading a pipeline of sellers to meet/exceed quarterly targets.
  3. Providing data-driven insights and advice to new sellers to optimize their success on Amazon.
  4. Working closely with new sellers to educate them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools, is highly desirable.
