Uccholding is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to support the Company HSE Manager/Project HSE Manager in implementing the HSE management system. This role involves planning, implementation, evaluation, and analysis of HSE activities at site to ensure HSE targets and objectives are measured and achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of the PHSP and ensure compliance to HSEMS requirements
  • Conduct and participate in training sessions, HSE Committee, and Coordination Meetings to enhance HSE awareness and compliance
  • Provide guidance to supervisory staff on accident prevention and improvement related to work methods
  • Lead and supervise HSE officers onsite to ensure effective implementation of HSE practices
  • Monitor the execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure achievement of HSE goals
  • Ensure timely reporting of project HSE performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements

A strong background in occupational health and safety is essential. Experience in working with integrated Management Systems, environmental regulations, and chemical material management is also required. Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, is a plus.
