Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our CCGT Projects team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale energy projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to deliver high-quality projects, ensuring full ownership of site readiness, construction, commissioning, and handover to the operation team.
- Develop and implement construction strategies and plans to ensure projects are executed safely, effectively, and completed on time, while adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety programs.
- Develop and manage health and safety strategies to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Oversee the establishment of project execution plans, health and safety plans, QA/QC, and other required documents.
- Collaborate with the planning team to oversee design progress, EPC contractor procurement, and construction progress.
- Engage with EPC contractors and subcontractors to monitor construction project progress, highlighting concerns, providing recommendations, and implementing agreed mitigation measures.
- Direct and provide guidance and support for a team of engineers in solving technical and essential problems with the physical construction of the project.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field from a reputable university.
- At least 15 years of experience in construction management of large Combined Cycle Projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of multinationals.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, ensuring HSE and QA/QC.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus.
