Key Responsibilities

  • Supplier Management
    • Establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
    • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
    • Maintain a comprehensive supplier database.
  • Purchasing Operations
    • Manage the procurement process, including preparing purchase orders and obtaining approvals.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve the best value.
    • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Inventory and Cost Management
    • Monitor inventory levels to minimize excess.
    • Collaborate with finance and operations to manage budgets and control costs.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in the tourism, hospitality, or outdoor adventure industries.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of Saudi procurement regulations and practices.
  • Effective communication skills in Arabic and English.
