About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our baggage handling systems.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/electro-mechanical engineering and at least 5 years of technical experience in an industrial environment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with global teams are essential for this role.

You will be responsible for determining and advising on maintenance demands, translating maintenance concepts into effective maintenance plans, and preparing and implementing maintenance plans in the Maximo maintenance management system.

  • Manages and helps less experienced colleagues as a senior specialist. Provides senior technical support to maintenance technicians and train site-based peers.
  • Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in electrical/electro-mechanical field.
  • Minimum 5 years technical experienced in an industrial environment.
  • Working experience with mechanical, electrical, and controls (PLC, PC) systems is a must.
  • Able to lead multi-disciplinary teams for developing maintenance plans.
  • Knowledge of IBM Maximo or equivalent CMM.
