Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team at the Hong Kong Housing Society. As a key member of our Property Management department, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational objectives, plans, and policies for our elderly services and related facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in establishing operational objectives, plans, and policies for elderly services and related facilities.
  • Plan and implement Facility Management (FM) services for existing and upcoming senior housing projects.
  • Supervise the FM team to deliver property management services that meet corporate and industry standards.
  • Participate in the development of new senior housing projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating the takeover of new senior housing projects.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with local and international stakeholders.
  • Represent the SEWS in relevant meetings, working groups, and conferences.
  • Maintain good working relationships with all parties concerned.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with professional qualification in Housing Management.
  • Minimum 8-year experience in property management, including 3 years at a management position.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organization, coordination, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with cost control and budget making.
  • Good knowledge of quality assurance and local statutory requirements for property management and senior housing.
