About the Role

The Project Manager I Patient Support Program is responsible for leading a team to understand and determine the current gaps and bottlenecks in the patient journey. This individual will manage team members' onboarding, deployment, readiness, development, performance, and evaluation, ensuring they are equipped to achieve project goals.

Key Accountabilities
  • Gap Identification: Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in the patient journey, working closely with the team to develop solutions and strategies.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of growth and excellence within the team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Project Delivery: Drive project success by achieving agreed-upon KPIs, objectives, and deliverables, while maintaining strong relationships with external clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align program activities with company goals and objectives, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in health professions, medicine, pharmacy, or health education services.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in people management and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and project delivery.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid license from SCFHS and excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Skill Set: Strong organizational abilities, excellent interpersonal relationship and team function skills, and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
