About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to provide essential administrative and logistical support to our leadership team. You will be a crucial link in ensuring the smooth functioning of the leadership team, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the leadership team's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including venue booking and travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems, and tracking budgets and expenses for the communication team.
  • Conducting research and gathering information as requested by the leadership team.
  • Preparing agendas and minutes for meetings, and liaising with other departments and external stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting high-profile or senior-level executives.
  • Proficiency in email management and Microsoft Office applications; experience in the communication industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening and interpersonal savvy.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with sound decision-making under pressure.
  • A proactive approach, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a positive attitude.
  • Professionalism, discretion, reliability, and dependability in fulfilling commitments and maintaining confidentiality.
