Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized administrative professional to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and maintain organized files.
- Respond promptly to all telephonic queries from clients, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and other necessary information, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- Maintain an organized database of client information and payment records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
