Responsibilities:

  1. Process daily additions/deletions requests and follow agreed turnaround time.
  2. Collaborate with H&B departments to maintain process efficiency.
  3. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Participate in monthly admin meetings with clients and insurers.
  5. Support the renewals process by ensuring accurate and efficient member uploads to CHI.
  6. Daily monitoring of group email and responding to additions/deletions requests.
  7. Collect and complete required documents from clients for additions/deletions.
  8. Implement and maintain compliance processes according to the H&B Excellence Model.
  9. Adhere to WTW guidelines and procedures; comply with the Excellence Framework.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in Health & Benefits operations, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication. Fluency in English and Arabic (verbal and written) is essential, as well as knowledge of standard Microsoft packages and proficiency in document organization, time management, and detail-focused skills.
