Key Account Management
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and a proven track record of success in the life science industry. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing business development strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Implement business development strategies aligned with the company's goals and set measurable objectives and KPIs to track progress and success.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within key accounts and meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Provide expert knowledge and insights on products and services, presenting customized solutions to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or biological sciences.
- Minimum of 3 years of account management or sales experience in the life science industry, with key account management experience a plus.
- Good understanding of the life science sector, including key market players, trends, and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia.
- Ability and willingness to travel min. 50% of time; driving license required.
