Strategic Account Lead, Saudi Arabia Market

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the life science sector.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Implement business development strategies aligned with the company's goals and set measurable objectives and KPIs to track progress and success.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within key accounts and meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Provide expert knowledge and insights on products and services, presenting customized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Promote products and services, providing expert knowledge and insights to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns customers may have, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact key accounts and industries.
- Maintain all communications and opportunities in relevant CRM systems and provide information to relevant teams to deliver regular sales reports and market insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or biological sciences.
- Minimum of 3 years of account management or sales experience in the life science industry, with key account management experience a plus.
- Good understanding of the life science sector, including key market players, trends, and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia.
- Ability and willingness to travel min. 50% of time; driving license required.
