Job Overview

Schneider Electric Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Senior Services Sales Engineer to join our team in the Eastern Region. This role involves promoting and selling technical services, including maintenance contracts, data center renovations, and upgrade services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop account profiles and execute sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Apply market and account skills necessary for effective sales engagement with target audiences.
  • Identify and contact potential customers or prospects, either existing or new, to expand our customer base.
  • Secure customer satisfaction by overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer, ensuring timely delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Utilize sales management tools to manage sales funnels and develop account plans that drive results.
  • Provide regular forecasts and summaries to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the preparation of analysis and reports on field service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the quotation team to prepare sales quotations and proposals that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Work closely with Inside Service Sales Representatives and the BU account manager to maximize business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Educate customers on Schneider Electric products and services, highlighting recurring and digital offers that meet their needs.
  • Participate in trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as needed to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
