SAUR is as a pure player in water and essential services, working to protect the environment in the heart of the territories it serves.

Currently we are looking for a** Business Unit Director** to lead our sales efforts in **Eastern Cluster, in** Hafar Al Batin, Saudi Arabia.

**Role**:
Reporting to General Director, take hierarchical responsibility for setting up and managing all activities in the cluster business unit, working in close cooperation with the other Directors and Managers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage, supervise and optimize the day-to-day business unit O&M activities for water supply, distribution, wastewater, customer services and the use of allocated human and material resources, to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
- Review the business unit O&M staff capacity and support the Training and Development Director and O&M and Performance Director for the preparation of the O&M training and development program.
- With the support of the Asset Management Manager and the O&M Manager, prepare the Network Strategy Report and organize and supervise its implementation.
- Review current systems, O&M resources, methods, practices and needs, including outsourcing, in the branch.
- ln close coordination with the Training and Development Director and the O&M and Performance Director, plan and implement the gradual and effective transfer of skills and responsibility to the Cluster team staff under his responsibility for the timely and seamless transfer of business functions.
- In close coordination with the Customer Services Manager, define the organization, policy statements, resources, procedures, guidance and reporting requirements related to customer complaint resolution, billing and collection, and debt management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, management engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Experience in water management industry.
- Strong understanding of the water management industry and market dynamics.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
