**What you will enjoy doing**:
**Production & Productivity**
- Organization of realization of the maintenance plan.
- Ensure availability and record keeping of maintenance records/logs.
- Accurate and timely maintenance reporting (downtimes, spare parts etc.).
- Setup of proper maintenance procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Arranging reparation works in a safe and efficient method including attending the same if required.
- Identifies via production schedule/planning which kind of repair works or PMs can be performed without impacting overall machine efficiency.
- Ensures availability and proper arrangements of spare parts.
- Ensures that all employees understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Ensures adequate communication within the maintenance department and all other departments accordingly.
- Communicate with Maintenance Manager / Deputy Maintenance manager on all activities and problems on daily basis.
- Responsible for safekeeping of maintenance hand tools and equipment.
- Trouble shooting of machine problems and rectifying them.

**Technical capability & Jobs hands on**
- Inspect all equipment and auxiliaries on daily basis for detection of unusual function, sounds and wear conditions that impact productivity.
- Report immediately to maintenance manager / deputy maintenance manager for appropriate analysis and corrective action.
- Coordinate with maintenance manager / deputy maintenance manager for the daily activities and maintenance plan schedule.
- Attend any breakdown affecting production, carry out trouble shooting, and repair in effective resourceful and professional manner.
- Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment such as Injection machines.

**Others**:.
- Ensures 5S procedures and activities are followed as per SOPs.
- Ensures that safety procedures are being carried out and followed.
- Strong sense of safety in any aspect.

**What makes you great**:
**Education/ Professional Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or 2 years technical and/or mechanical degree.

**Experience**
- 3-5 years knowledge of plastics blow molding or injection molding equipment, molds and accessories, processes and control systems.
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.

**Qualifications/ Skills/**

**Personal Competencies**
- Thorough understanding of Health and Safety practices.
- Excellent communication (English) and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate, lead and motivate the team members.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Advanced knowledge in ERP systems (Oracle considered as a plus).
- Ability to learn usage of maintenance software for data input and research parts.
- Interaction with the production, quality and logistics team as required.
