Our client, a reputable international painting company, is looking for a Lebanese General Manager for it's branch in Riyadh-Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiation of all RM purchases.
- Meets and guides salespeople for daily activities and general strategies, follows up the money collections, etc.
- Prepares weekly price lists to be followed by salespeople, according to the new costs and market price and approves special discounts.
- Updates the cost weekly of our produced items like Resins, thinners and NC solutions.
- Follow ups on a daily basis with all sections of the department.
- Manages and oversees the activities of assigned personnel. Performs managerial functions at the level established by management for the position.
- Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
- Researches and identifies growth opportunities.
- Ensures the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
- Take Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within the area of responsibility.
- Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by senior management.
