إتقان اللغتين العربية والانجليزية شرط أساسي، للتواصل المثالي مع مختلف شرائح المجتمع السعودي ولإجراء الاتصالات التجارية بسلاسة مع متحدثي اللغة الإنجليزية

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:
الأعمال الإدارية: تنظيم الأعمال اليومية للمدير العام، بما في ذلك جداول السفر والاستقبال

محاضر الاجتماعات: إعداد وتوثيق محاضر الاجتماعات الداخلية والخارجية، وتنظيمها وحفظها، ومتابعة الإجراءات اللاحقة

العلاقات الخارجية: تنفيذ تعليمات المدير العام فيما يخص العلاقات الخارجية

التنسيق الداخلي: نقل الوثائق والمعلومات بين الأقسام الداخلية للشركة بدقة وفعالية بناءً على توجيهات المدير العام وترتيبات الشركة

إحصائيات وتقارير: تجميع وتحليل تكاليف الأقسام المختلفة (بما في ذلك تكاليف الموظفين، التشغيل، الإنتاج، وغيرها) وتقديم التقارير الدورية للمدير العام.

أعمال أخرى: إكمال أي مهام إضافية يتم تكليفها من قبل المدير العام في الوقت المحدد

الراتب والمزايا: يحدد الراتب بعد المقابلة وحسب الخبرة

We announce a job vacancy for Assistant General Manager of the Building Materials, Wood and Decoration Industry Sector in Riyadh

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing/Finance/Administration/Human Resources

Previous experience in the field of building materials, wood and decoration industry

Proficiency in Arabic and English is a prerequisite, for ideal communication with various segments of Saudi society and to conduct business communications smoothly with English speakers

Job Responsibilities:
Administrative work: Organizing the daily work of the General Manager, including travel and reception schedules

Meeting minutes: Preparing and documenting minutes of internal and external meetings, organizing and saving them, and following up on subsequent procedures

External relations: Implementing the General Manager's instructions regarding external relations

Internal coordination: Transferring documents and information between the company's internal departments accurately and effectively based on the General Manager's directives and company arrangements

Statistics and reports: Compiling and analyzing the costs of the various departments (including employee costs, operations, production, etc.) and submitting periodic reports to the General Manager.

Other work: Completing any additional tasks assigned by the General Manager on time

Salary and benefits: The salary is determined after the interview and according to experience
