Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team; promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer experiences by developing service standards and handling escalated issues effectively.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, including market analysis and strategic partnerships.
- Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposal to ensure optimal fleet performance.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to legal, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the car rental or related industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of financial management and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage budgets effectively.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
