**Partner with the best**

You will take ownership of quality requirements at every stage of the project life-cycle. Working with teams you'll ensure our products are designed, developed and delivered with quality at the core. You will supervise the Quality Control (QC) testing service at Baker Hughes Plant for raw materials, intermediates, and final products.

As a Quality Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Developing regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs.
- Leading and implementing change Exceptional analytical and problem solving
- Leading Quality Management System operations
- Managing site certifications and working with registrar and customer auditors
- Managing and working with Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Working with quality tools and continuous Improvement methods, including but not limited to RCA, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelors degree in Chemical Science or Chemical Engineering
- Have significant experience in managing customer quality requirements and customer complaints
- Have knowledge in ISO 9000 quality management, operations, lean manufacturing
- Have hands on Root Cause Analysis experience
- Have a proven record of managing teams
