The Role
**Payroll Management**: - Accurately calculate and process employee salaries, ensuring timely disbursement. - Manage attendance, overtime, bonuses, leaves, allowances, and other compensations. - Maintain and update the payroll system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. - Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any discrepancies. - Ensure all payroll-related documents and processes comply with company policies and local regulations. Benefits Administration: - Ensure the implementation of benefits programs aligns with company policies and regulations. - Submit the enrollment and deletion for the employees and their legal dependents to the company insurance plan in time and timely confirm and pay the premium accurately. - Explain benefits policies and programs to employees and help them with benefits issues, such as obtaining medical cards, medical reimbursement. - Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and welfare.
**Requirements**:
**End of Service Benefits Calculation**: - Accurately calculate end of service benefits in compliance with Saudi labour laws. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of end of service settlements. - Maintain records of end of service benefits calculations and payments. Compliance: - Ensure payroll and benefits policies comply with Saudi Arabian labour laws and regulations. - Prepare and submit statutory reports and documents related to payroll and benefits. - Monitor and analyse changes in labour laws and regulations, providing recommendations for necessary adjustments. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Collect and analyse payroll and benefits data to provide accurate reports and insights to management. - Prepare regular payroll and benefits reports to help optimize costs and improve efficiency. - Utilize data analysis to identify trends and make informed recommendations. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with HR, finance, vendors and other departments to ensure smooth payroll and benefits operations. - Participate in the development and revision of company payroll and benefits policies.
