Requirements:
Qualification: Masters degree or PG diploma in Human Resource Management.
Experience: At least 6 years of experience as HR Specialist or similar role. Gulf experience is preferred.
Must have experience in hiring, onboarding, making policies and procedures, employee engagement, performance management, benefits, training and development, compensation, labor relations and workplace culture etc.
Should have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving: The ability to develop creative solutions to employee problems
Compliance: Knowledge of labor legislation, anti-discrimination regulations, and other rules that protect employees
Management skills: The ability to recruit new employees and manage and set company policies
