**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and progress

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a recruiter
- Proven Oil And Gas experience
- GCC Experience is a plus
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Result-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
