**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a quality assurance program that meets the needs of the company
- Design and execute test plans to ensure adherence to specifications and requirements
- Manage and evaluate test results to identify defects and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software products meet user requirements
- Participate in design, code, and integration reviews to provide feedback on quality issues
- Define and maintain quality standards and processes for all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Develop and manage testing documentation, reports, and metrics

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in quality assurance for information technology and services companies
- Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle, including agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and in a fast-paced environment.
