As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance activities within the company. This includes developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any quality issues
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality assurance practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in quality management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
- Experience in conducting audits and inspections
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Certifications in quality management is a plus
