In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance processes, while also conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with established standards.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement robust quality assurance frameworks and processes Conduct comprehensive audits and inspections across various project sites Work closely with project managers and teams to identify quality-related issues and develop actionable solutions Monitor project quality performance indicators and prepare reports Provide training and support to team members on quality control practices Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices in quality management RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or construction managementAt least 15 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the construction industryProven experience in developing quality assurance frameworksStrong understanding of quality control methodologies and toolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilitiesQuality assurance certification (e.g., ISO 9001) is advantageous
