The ARIS Business Unit (BU) Professional Services role entails providing technical leadership on customer projects while also contributing to team leadership within the ARIS practice. In close collaboration with the Professional Services Delivery Director, Project Manager, License Sales, and Professional Services Sales, the ARIS Process Mining Senior Consultant will play a key role in delivering value-driven solutions and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Essential Skills & Minimum Requirements-
- Identify process inefficiencies and perform root cause analysis to drive measurable improvements in business performance.- Collaborate closely with customers to define and implement relevant KPIs aligned with their strategic goals.- Enable customers to continuously monitor and improve their business processes.- Interpret business challenges and conduct detailed process analysis using key metrics and performance indicators.- Leverage strong knowledge of source systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) to identify relevant tables and manage ETL processes for process mining projects.- Plan and deliver process mining training sessions to internal and external stakeholders.- Estimate project costs, generate proposals, and support pre-sales activities, including presentations and solution demos.- Identify opportunities for additional products and services within client organizations.- Possess strong command of process mining tools and techniques to lead complex implementation projects.- Lead project teams and supervise developers, providing guidance and defining work plans for successful delivery.- Contribute to practice development initiatives, including new capability development, team upskilling, and whitepaper creation.- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, peers, and senior management.- Operate independently with mínimal supervision while delivering structured, outcome-focused solutions.- Manage matrix teams of consultants to ensure successful project completion.- Communicate effectively with both C-level stakeholders and technical teams, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.- Work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including third-party vendors and subcontractors.- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop innovative and abstract solutions.- Exhibit a proactive, self-motivated work ethic with strong ownership of deliverables and timelines.

Education and Experience- BA/BS in Managing Information Systems Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering; Masters or PhD and/or alternative business focus (i.e. Finance) a plus.- 6 to 10 years' work experience with Process Mining and/or Business Process Transformation.- Proven experience in data driven tools and technologies including process mining, task mining, RPA, etc.- Experience working with customers in banking and securities, energy, insurance, manufacturing, transportation, retail, utilities, or other vertical markets.- Hands on implementation experience with at least 1 leading process mining tool, e.g., ARIS Process Mining, Celonis, etc.- Experience in automation tools will be an added advantage, e.g., Blue prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, etc.- Extensive experience leading clients in selecting appropriate business improvement / intelligent automation use-cases and co-creation journey maps for clients- Basic knowledge of SQL or other programming languages- The ARIS Senior Process Mining Senior Consultant may work remotely and/or onsite at the customer location, depending upon specific customer, customer project and project phase. S/he may be required to travel up to 75% of the time.- Fluency in English and Arabic are essential.
