**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

Identify and engage with potential clients in the construction sector, including testing labs, contractors, and consultants.

Present and demonstrate our solutions to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights and feedback to the team.

Represent the company at industry events, expos, and conferences.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, engineering, or technology solutions.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.

Knowledge of the construction industry in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Region is a plus.

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.

Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
