**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the bedding or furniture industry.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to connect with customers and identify their needs effectively.
- Strong sales skills with a proven record of meeting sales goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
