**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement IT governance frameworks and enterprise architecture strategies to support business objectives.
- Oversee and manage IT project portfolios, ensuring adherence to best practices, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead and coordinate large-scale IT initiatives, including software development, infrastructure deployment, and cloud computing projects.
- Establish and maintain IT service delivery processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, perform cost estimations, and ensure project feasibility assessments.
- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycles (Agile, RUP, Waterfall) to manage project execution.
- Maintain compliance with IT governance standards and frameworks, ensuring regulatory and operational requirements are met.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams in best practices for IT project management and governance.

**Requirements**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in IT governance, enterprise architecture, and PMO with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Certifications:

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification by PMI (mandatory).
- PRINCE2 Practitioner (preferred).
- Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster) (preferred).
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification for enterprise-level projects (preferred).
- ITIL, SAFe Agilist, or Scrum Master Certification (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and IT governance standards (e.g., COBIT).
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and effectively manage project teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in business case development, cost estimation, and risk management.

**Preferred Skills & Competencies**:

- Experience with cloud computing platforms and IT infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices.
- Strong ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and executive reporting.
- Ability to navigate and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
