**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in establishing and maintaining PMO methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure effective project delivery.
- Support the PMO in tracking and reporting project progress, risks, issues, and performance against set KPIs and objectives.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with PMO standards and best practices.
- Participate in project planning sessions, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between project stakeholders, ensuring timely issue resolution and decision-making.
- Help to manage project documentation, ensuring that all deliverables are complete, accurate, and properly archived.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in the development and delivery of project management training to team members.
- Provide analytical support by producing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support risk and change management activities, ensuring appropriate controls and governance are in place.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in project management, PMO support, or consulting roles.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile) and best practices.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
