_**Job Duties/Responsibilities**:_

New dealer development/onboarding, Existing dealer business development and build profitable sales of company's products and services to new customers.
- Meeting with retail outlet, wholesaler, and boat builder management
- Product availability on retail outlets
- Revenue enhancement for category in each distributor Store
- Product Knowledge enhancement of distributor retail staffs
- Product knowledge enhancement of retailers, wholesalers, and boat builders
- Stock clearance proposal for non-moving items
- Increase more channel partners (retail, wholesale & boat builders)
- Continuous coordination with Marketing department as per requirement
- Developing relationship and product knowledge with engineering department, production department and purchase department of boat builders
- Maintain product display hygiene in Company and other retail outlets as per guidelines
- Regular inputs for Marketing opportunity to increase the sales with (ROI) return on investment plans
- Highlight service relates issues with service team or management (If required) without any delay
- Maintain outstanding limits with all distributor partners
- Limit billings as per allocated and approved credit limits of all dealers
- Make sure that all sent proposals are approved by management before sending to customer including product suggestion and pricing
- Maintain all (sales / service) timely delivery to customers
- Proactively informing customers about delay (If any) with proper reasoning
- Complete Knowledge of competitor product and their week points and sharing this knowledge continuously with Company Retail staffs, dealers, wholesalers, and boat builders
- Continuous space improvement in product display inside store
- Track and fulfil the replenishment of stocks as per minimum stock commitment with retail outlets, wholesalers & boat builders
- Maintain minimum selling price across all Company stores.
- **Required Skills/Abilities**:_
- 5 or more Years of experience required.
- Sales experience in Marine equipment and service (Especially Navigation and Communication equipment’s.
- Awareness of Marine electronics/ communication products is an added advantage.
- Hands on experience of working in ERP platform, MS Office etc..
- English and Working knowledge of Arabic Must.
- **Education and Experience**:_
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (BE/B.TECH Telecommunication / Network / Electronics Engineering degree) or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.

Pay: SAR 6,000.00 - SAR 10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saudi Arabia (Jeddah): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales Manager - Marine: 5+ years (required)

**Salary**: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
