Job Description and Requirements

Job Purpose

Launch key accounts through the most effective and efficient utilization of budgets and manpower in order to achieve company objectives and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

**Management**
- Identify the business opportunities and coordinate with the Operation Associates
to expand the business operations.
- Negotiate prices and set sales agreements for different sectors.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- CRM (Convoy)
- Communicating feedback to engineering team (Convoy)
- Review Sales force turnover rates, highlighting issues and recommending solutions.
- Design, communicate, and follow-up customer’s agreement with sales team in order to achieve sales objectives.

**Team**- Set sales targets and collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Manage the sales team, assign job orders, assign job orders and ensure their commitment.

**Invoices and Documentations**
- Follow up the invoices and documents necessary for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the company’s management to set strategies and best practices
- Responsible for collecting reports from sales team on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and be able to support in any other assigned tasks according to business need.
- Ensuring the consistent and on-time collection as per payment terms.
- Optimizing the pricing model to ensure maximization.
- Ensure availability of all sales stationery requirements (receipts, Invoices, Account statement, etc ) to insure sales team is following the company policy.
