We are recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics company in the Middle East, with over 20 years of excellence in freight forwarding, warehousing, and project logistics. The company is expanding and looking for driven, results-oriented individuals to join their dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
**What You'll Do**:
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in sea, air, and road freight, as well as imports, exports, warehousing, and project logistics.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless services to clients.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
**What We're Looking For**:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
- A strong understanding of multimodal freight operations (sea, air, road) and supply chain management.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and hit the ground running.
- A valid local driving license and access to a vehicle.
