**Description**

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our KES Manufacturing hub in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role oversees the Manufacturing process within the plant while ensuring the highest standards of EHS, Quality and Productivity are maintained.

**What You Will Do In Your Role**:

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, promoting LEAN manufacturing and help communicate and connect employees to our vision, priorities, and business objectives, by communicating, and aligning goals related to safety, quality, and production.
- Identify potential for improvement and take ownership of finding and presenting solutions. Support teams in the identification, development, evaluation, and implementation of safety, quality, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Troubleshoot product design and product assembly methods. Design and validate jigs, tools, and fixtures for use in production.
- Definition and analysis of KPIs, leading the work team to implement improvement actions.
- Working closely with operators and customers to troubleshoot process, quality, and equipment issues through Root Cause Analysis process to evaluate and implement corrective actions / improvement initiatives.
- Working closely with management to identify knowledge or operator capability gaps and provide support in developing and updating operating procedures.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive asset strategies by defining preventative maintenance strategy.
- Initiating and execute capital expenditure projects as needed.
- Identify and address shortage bottlenecks.
- Identify manufacturing flow potential improvement.
- Support employee training on new methods and techniques that support company's global best practices.
- Provide dispositions and follow up with engineering on technical Non-Conformances Reports from inspectors to resolve challenges.
- Drive a ‘zero exception’ culture with EHS; sustain Operations compliance to Regulatory & Non-Regulatory regulations by engaging the shop floor operators daily.

**The Experience You Will Bring**:
**Requirements**:

- Background in industrial or mechanical engineering
- Lean and lean methodologies experience
- Experience in heavy fabrication field
- English Fluent, Professional level

**What Will Put You Ahead**:

- Experience working in a manufacturing and industrial operations environment
- Experience in troubleshooting, commissioning, and / or improving manufacturing equipment and processes
- Experience in manufacturing equipment set-up, operation, or repair
- Experience and knowledge in Autocad and Solid works will put you ahead
