Quantity Surveyor / Civil Architect

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying
  • Professional certifications in QS or Project Management will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other QS software tools.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in building projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits and verify work progress against project plans.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
