- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and recruitment timelines for open positions.
- Develop and post job advertisements on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
- Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and other networking events to enhance the company's talent pool.

**Screening and Interviewing**:

- Administer skills assessments and reference checks as needed.

**Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:

- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of team culture, role requirements, and expectations.

**Offer and Onboarding**:

- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary documentation, orientation, and training.

**Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and campaigns to enhance the company’s recruitment branding on social media and other platforms.

**Reporting and Metrics**:

- Provide regular updates to HR leadership on hiring progress and challenges.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment, as well as filling specialized or senior roles.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and talent assessment methods.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws, immigration processes, and employment regulations is preferred.
- **Core Competencies**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all recruitment-related documentation.
- **Preferred Skills**:
- Previous experience in a multinational or fast-paced organization.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn, Bayt, or Naukrigulf.
- Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred, along with English language proficiency.

**Working Environment**:

- The role will primarily be based in the office, with occasional travel for recruitment events or campus outreach.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate recruitment needs across different time zones or regions.
