Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting top talent to Tawantech, working with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and organizational growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment Strategy & Planning**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Develop a thorough understanding of job requirements in both the **tech** and **banking** sectors.
- **Sourcing and Screening**:
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other networking methods.- **Job Posting & Advertising**:
- Write compelling job descriptions for various technical and banking roles, ensuring clarity in requirements and responsibilities.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure timely updates and visibility.
- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:
- Work closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand team needs, culture fit, and skillset requirements.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and organizing assessments or technical interviews.
- **Onboarding & Documentation**:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and compliance procedures are met.
- Maintain accurate records of applicants, interviews, and hires in the company’s ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- **Market Research & Networking**:
- Stay up-to-date with trends in the **tech** and **banking** sectors to better understand the talent landscape and recruitment challenges.
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- **2-4 years** of experience in **Talent Acquisition**, with a focus on the **tech** or **banking** industry.
- Strong knowledge of **recruitment processes**, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Familiarity with **Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)** and **HR software**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong **negotiation skills** and the ability to assess both **technical** and **cultural fit**.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in **Human Resources**, **Business Administration**, or a related field (preferred).
