**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Use innovative headhunting strategies and recruitment methods to identify top-tier talent across various disciplines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future business needs.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-6 years of proven success in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles.
- **Communication**: Fluent in English and Arabic, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- **Relationship Building**: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across seniority levels, nationalities, and functions.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- **Cultural Fit**: A vibrant personality and enthusiasm to be an “Ambassador of Play,” embracing Qiddiya’s core values and vision.
