Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Contracts **/Commercial **Manager **to join our team In this role you will get to play a key role in the mobilization and execution of our major projects and programs, in the kingdom **.
**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Provide short term / long term cover for open positions on projects throughout the Kingdom.
- Interact with Project Directors and Lead Commercial personnel to identify and mitigate potential issues
- Update and revise project / program procedures in regard to commercial and technical requirements, development and compliance with best practices.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of contract processes through refining contract formulation activities, systems and procedures.
- Claims - help projects as required to evaluate and recommend claims, including the calculation of losses.
- Formulate strategies to resolve Contract and Commercial issues.
- Provide advice regarding contract procurement and types of underlying contracts and agreements (as necessary).
- Assist in the preparation of legal and contractual documents such as; Request for Proposals (RFP) and other legal or contractual documents.
- Collaborate with colleagues across organizational lines to obtain and communicate business information necessary for Reporting purposes
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- A minimum of 12- 15 years of relevant post degree work experience (pre & post qualification)
- Recent experience in a commercial role, including managing of teams
- Good at working on own initiative
- Ability to guide staff, critique and challenge objectively and with confidence.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Experience developing successful relationships at a senior level
- Direct experience interfacing with executive management and clients.
