**HR Specialist**:

- **Recruitment and Selection**:

- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

- **Employee Relations**:

- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
- Facilitate the implementation and communication of HR policies and programs.

- **Performance Management**:

- Support the performance evaluation process by guiding managers and providing training on performance management.
- Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.

- **Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions and development programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide necessary feedback.

- **HR Policy Development**:

- Assist in the formulation and update of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

- **Compensation and Benefits**:

- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis.

- **HR Administration**:

- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Prepare reports for management on various HR metrics.

- **Workforce Planning**:

- Assist in developing strategies for workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

- **Employee Engagement**:

- Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and surveys to promote a positive workplace culture.

- **Legal Compliance**:

- Keep abreast of legal developments in employment law and make recommendations to ensure compliance.

- **HR Projects**:

- Participate in HR projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and new HR system implementations.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**:

- **Minimum**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Professional Experience**- 5 years experience in HR or related function.
- Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

- **Certifications**- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

- **Technical Skills**- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
