**Responsibilities**:
- Leading the development and implementation of cross-domain solutions and maintaining project management standards, processes and plans.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of support services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage project risks, implementing effective project controls, and ensuring adherence to established project management processes and methodologies during the implementation phase.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of support service professionals, providing guidance and coaching to foster professional growth and development.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of support service operations, implementing changes as necessary to meet service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and managing service-level agreements.
- Ensure that the project stays on track in terms of timeline, budget, and deliverables.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in support service delivery, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates on support service delivery to senior management and other stakeholders.

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field. (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving process improvements and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in contract negotiation, vendor management, and service-level agreement management.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
