Job Title**:Luxury Cafe Hostess / Receptionist**

Location**:Laysen Valley, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**

Starting Salary**:SAR 3,500 plus FREE shared accommodation, transportation, 1 duty meal**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet all guests with genuine warmth, a friendly smile, and a professional welcome, creating an immediate positive impression.
- Efficiently manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists using a sophisticated reservation system.
- Escort guests to their tables thoughtfully, considering their preferences and the cafe's flow, ensuring comfort and privacy.
- Provide guests with accurate information about the cafe's menu, special offerings, and facilities with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Maintain an elegant appearance and professional posture at all times, reflecting the luxury brand image.
- Answer incoming calls with impeccable telephone etiquette, handling inquiries and taking reservations courteously and efficiently.
- Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and with discretion, escalating to management when necessary.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are always immaculate, well-organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and harmonious dining experience for guests.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of local culture, customs, and etiquette relevant to guest interactions in Saudi Arabia.
- Effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the cafe's unique selling points and luxury standards.
- Discreetly gather guest feedback and communicate it to management for continuous service improvement.
- Provide light administrative support as needed, such as managing correspondence or organizing daily reports.
- Consistently adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and hygiene regulations.

- Strong communication skills.
- Warm, friendly, and highly presentable demeanor.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism and reliability.
- Experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month
