Quality Assurance

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Quality Assurance Audit Manager to join our team

Quality Assurance Audit Manager manages Quality Audits in the Program with other project functions leading to the successful delivery of the project. He will be actively engaged in the review of the program quality processes and will provide oversight and audit of the implementation of these processes.

He will actively engage with the program Field Engineering project team to assess the Assurance Process being implemented.

**“What You’ll Be Doing”**
- Responsible for supporting implementation of quality program/plans for the project
- Conducting quality audits and surveillances of Suppliers.
- Participates with other Quality Engineers in specific quality-related assignments.
- Reviews quality related procedures and manuals developed by other departments, suppliers and subcontractors for conformance to project quality program/plan requirements.
- Supports development and implements the oversight schedule for Quality activities, integrated with project oversight schedule.
- Prepares and completes quality audit checklists and participates in audits.
- Identifies potential failure points and error precursors in requirements, work processes and process input/outputs.
- Identifies and reports conditions that require corrective action by management and follows up to ensure completion.
- Aggregates information and data on design and work-process interfaces to assess process performance.
- Conducts the quality assurance management audit of all departments.
- Develops and recommends for management approval procedures and instructions defining responsibilities and functions of quality assurance within the company. Directs the implementation and administration of the quality assurance program policies.
- Designs and conducts appropriate QA Management Audits to assess content, compliance and effectiveness of quality programs.
- Schedules QA Management Audits, coordinating with departments and other applicable organizations involved in quality programs.
- If required, organizes quality assurance audit teams staffing with qualified personnel including audit team leaders, auditors, and technical specialists as appropriate to maximize the effectiveness of the teams in identifying quality problems.
- Assures accurate and representative audit report is prepared and issued, including need for corrective action and schedule appropriate audit results. Evaluates recommended corrective actions to ensure adequacy and to avoid excessive or unnecessary actions. Follows up and evaluates corrective actions taken to resolve deficiencies detected during audit including concurrence and closeout based on verification and effectiveness of actions.
- Prepares periodic reports for approval of the Operations Manager relative to the effectiveness of audited quality programs and advises of any problems requiring special attention.
- Provides on-the-job training for Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control Engineers.
- Performs supplier/subcontractor qualification surveys, reviews requests for proposals, evaluates bid documents, reviews supplier/subcontractor quality programs, and performs surveillances and quality audits.
- Gathers and analyzes quality data to assess work process performance.
- Develops and assists in implementing sampling and Test and Inspection Plan.
- Assists in tracking the effectiveness of corrective actions and process improvement activities.
- Learns to use basic to intermediate causal analysis tools and leads apparent cause evaluations to assist in the resolution issues.

**“What Required Skills You’ll Bring”**
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering or from an accredited university or college
- Min 15 + years of overall experience. For Saudi nationals 10+ minimum years’ experience
- **Rail or Metro **experience is required (5 years at least)
- Database and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) proficiency.
- Understanding of the quality rigor required for projects and familiarity with project procedures.
- Demonstrated technical editing ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality accreditations
- Auditor Certification.
