**Job Summary**:
The Engineer, Mechanical TAM Planning III, is responsible for technical asset management planning and execution for mechanical equipment within an organization. This role involves developing maintenance strategies, implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs, and optimizing asset performance. The Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct analysis, and provide technical expertise to ensure optimal maintenance planning and execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management plans for mechanical equipment, considering reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) principles.
- Conduct reliability analyses, including failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), to identify critical equipment and failure modes requiring preventive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to establish maintenance strategies, such as time-based, condition-based, or predictive maintenance, based on equipment criticality and performance data.
- Develop and optimize preventive maintenance schedules, task lists, and job plans to ensure effective utilization of resources and minimize downtime.
- Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs, including the identification and implementation of proactive maintenance techniques, such as lubrication, vibration analysis, and thermography.
- Analyze equipment performance data, including failure data, maintenance records, and operational data, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure availability of spare parts and critical inventory for maintenance activities.
- Support the implementation of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or enterprise asset management (EAM) systems to optimize maintenance planning and execution.
- Provide technical support and expertise to maintenance teams during equipment troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and reliability, to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize asset performance.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Min 2 years of experience in asset management, maintenance planning, or reliability engineering, preferably in a process industry or manufacturing environment.
