**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Receiving customer maintenance requests through the department responsible for receiving requests.
- Continuously working to raise work efficiency and organize communication with customers.
- Covering preventive and emergency maintenance work for minor faults and malfunctions within electrical networks and service equipment for fixed project sites during contract periods with the company.
- Addressing signs of damage to customers before actual damage occurs, through effective scheduling of periodic maintenance operations.
- Responsibility for all maintenance tools, equipment, supplies, etc., and maintaining them.
- Documenting and archiving technical follow-up data.
- Preventive, periodic and emergency maintenance of extension networks, circuit breakers, distribution panels, electrical lighting devices and surveillance cameras in the company's various branches.
- Direct reporting upon noticing any fault or emergency in the company's branches or with the company's customers, with the necessary action taken quickly.
- Assembling, installing and operating the company's products such as chandeliers and others.
- Reading installation diagrams and electrical circuits for the company's products.
- Participation in the preparation of the company’s new branches.

**Job Requirements**:

- Advanced level of understanding and mastery of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Good understanding and ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
- Ability to maintain the company's products and the ability to install them
- Manual work skills and handling of hand and mechanical tools.
- Education: Diploma degree in field electrical or maintenance.
- Experience: 3 years in related electrical and electronic maintenance field.
