The Role
**Requirements**:
**Academic Qualifications**: - Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) OR ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Trade. Experience: - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of dispensing equipment. Skills and Competencies: - Technical Skills: Strong ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in dispensers. - Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients. - Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to safety protocols. - Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments. - Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments. - Adaptability: Flexible to handle changing tasks and new skills. - Operations Executive: Daily service reports, coordination of service schedules, safety concerns, and training requests. - Sales Department: Identify sales opportunities, provide customer feedback, and occasionally assist during presentations. - Clients: Communicate service updates, address concerns, and build rapport. - Contractors: Coordinate with other contractors to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth operations. - Other Service Providers: Coordinate service schedules and ensure proper maintenance of dispensers
