Seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage top clients in the cable accessories market, focusing on joints and terminations. Responsibilities include building strategic relationships, driving sales growth, developing a sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and expand business opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Drive sales growth, pursue new opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
- Provide technical expertise on cable accessories, conduct presentations, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective post-sales support and collaboration with internal teams.
- Oversee project execution, manage timelines, and provide updates on product delivery.
- Track and report sales performance using CRM systems and analyze market trends for competitive insights.
**What your background should look like**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s in engineering; MBA preferred.
- **Experience**: 5+ years in sales/account management, preferably in cable accessories or related industrial fields.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, relationship management, negotiation, and CRM proficiency.
- **Attributes**: Proactive, customer-focused, analytical, and collaborative.
**Additional Information**:
- **Travel**: Frequent travel required.
