**How you will make an impact**:
As Senior Business Development Manager you will liaise with commercial leaders and drive key strategic priorities within Saudi Arabia across all Structural Heart Disease BUs. Drive stakeholder engagement across the country, define and deliver therapy development projects and represent Edwards Lifesciences in the Kingdom.
Work with internal and external stakeholder to identify gap/opportunities for Edwards Lifesciences Structural Heart Diseases portfolio. Define and maintain a comprehensive engagement plan with key stakeholders.
Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts in Saudi Arabia.
Formulate strategies for strengthening assigned accounts and maximizing the company’s potential to establish business partnerships.
Participate in Sales Team meetings and engage with the team in problem solving, issue discussion, greater general communication and more transparent operation.
Ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and meet our business targets and individual team targets.
Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.
Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
**What you’ll need (required)**:
Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or MBA preferably in a scientific, technical or quantitative field
10 years of related experience in strategy, management, consulting, business development or marketing. Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders/ Physicians
Ability to synthesize complex information into a high-level strategic message, and to interpret internal/external business factors into recommendations and solutions.
Demonstrated experience working with a range of business, clinical, marketing, and technical professionals to help navigate through complex situations. Leverages deep distributor partner knowledge to expand relationships
Proven expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, clinical and financial comprehension, strategic frameworks, and live presentations, with high attention to detail and output.
Ability to listen to stakeholders, discover unmet needs, develop strong rapport with audience, and be customer-focused.
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/controlThis job has been sourced from an external job board.
