Associate, Business Development

We are currently looking for a Business Development Senior Associate, who is going to be responsible for receiving and managing client requests for designing concepts or proposals development.
Key responsibilities and objectives:
- Understand client needs, pain-points and assess gaps in order to identify areas where TAM can help
- Participate in initiating and carrying out the process of conceptualization and idea generation
- Supporting in holding brainstorming sessions to come up with creative ideas that are used in designing the concept
- Analyze & evaluate RFPs to recommend acceptance/decline, and define questions
- Conduct desk research to create lists, benchmark certain concepts and initiatives and provide supportive evidence
- Develop clear content, ideas, objectives and processes for proposal
- Participate in handover meetings with different execution teams to assure full and accurate transfer of designed concept
- Collaborate with other team members and business developers to achieve quality results
- Create, edit and review proposals and PowerPoint presentations
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Marketing, or any related field is a must
- Proficiency in Arabic and English both spoken and written
- Experience in problem analysis and problem solving
- Experience in conduct ongoing market research
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Full proficiency in using MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated history of working with clients is a plus (even in university projects)
