- Supports administration operations audit support / recommendations and
documentation processes.
- Supports with the implementation and follow up of number ot HR initiatives.
- Participate in the local and regional Health and safety initiatives, such as
toolbox talks providing the team give input to how execution of processes is
- proceeding in the local business units
- Courier and mails: Arranging and tracking international and local courier
- services. Handling mail distributions by collecting and distributing mails.
- Office matters: Manage the maintenance of office and service contracts.
- Vendors: responsible for hotel bookings, flight and transportation arrangements for
business. In charge of office and general administration of service providers such
- as medical health insurance and car rental companies. Requisition of stationeries
- /office supplies/pantry supplies and ordering office stationeries, pantry inventories.
- Visitors: Greeting all staff and visitors to the office (the face of the
- company). Receiving guests and providing assistance.
- Supporting with the updating of all processes are to reflect the overall regional
goals / directs. This is not exclusive to conducting management review meetings;
- setting, implementing, monitoring EHS objectives. Controlling QHSE related local
- documentation and processes etc

**Job Requirements**:
**Individual Expertise**:
- Minimum of 2 years in QHSE and administrative level either
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma preferred or minimum of 3 years in QHSE or Business Administration
